KTK operates a special projects division to enhance our ability to provide a more agile and expeditious delivery approach. These projects are typically smaller, fast track remodel, and renovation projects. We employ a highly skilled staff of tradesmen, which allows us the ability to self-perform these special projects competitively with exceptional control over the schedule. Our Facilities Maintenance division is comprised of a team of full-time KTK personnel dedicated solely to facility maintenance regionally for multiple restaurants, retailers, and property managers throughout Colorado.
